I found the staff very friendly. They were always available. My room had adjustable heating, nice. The shower had great water pressure, it was lovely.
Some areas looked a bit tired, needing some refurbishment.

the hotel boasted gorgeous grounds with different garden areas. it felt relaxing to wander through them after breakfast, i was lost in the quiet beauty. the staff were very friendly and helpful, i felt so welcome.
the room lacked a fridge, a minor inconvenience.

The staff provided very polite service throughout the premises. their smooth and helpful approach made everything easier, i was at peace. the head waiter was attentive. Kim was also particularly helpful with directions.

The breakfast selection was excellent, I saw plentiful options. The staff were REALLY friendly. Their service was prompt and attentive. The location suited my needs, with easy access to transport links.
The parking charge was a bit unexpected.

the hotel has such a lovely garden and patio areas. it really reminded me of stepping back in time. the bedroom was comfortable and clean. breakfast was AMAZING!!!
the parking is no longer free. it now costs £15 for 24 hours. reception staff seemed focused on getting my £15 first thing.
