The staff was AMAZING! so friendly and always ready to help. i really liked the breakfast. The variety was great, and i could have a full english. plus, the location was perfect for exploring, with bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The gym was closed . This was a huge disappointment. also, the room cleaning wasn't done daily. I had to request it. the bar on the roof was also closed, a shame since i heard the views are very nice.

The location is quite convenient, it is just a short walk to both the beach and the town. The gym had sufficient equipment for a quick workout. I found the location near the tram stop very useful for traveling to Alicante and Benidorm.

The pool bar remained closed during my entire stay. The Sky Bar had limited opening hours, specifically from Wednesday to Sunday. I experienced a delay of about 15 minutes before a staff member came to serve drinks, inconvenient.

the room it wasn't cleaned daily which annoyed me a lot. the beds reminded me of the kind they have in hospitals. there wasn't an option for a double bed either. that's not luxury to me. the front desk wasn't staffed all the time also, it was annoying.

I find room very spacious. Air conditioning functions well and automatic shades on the large window are great. Hotel offers pool towels. Coffee and tea facilities plus minibar with complimentary water and chocolates are a lovely touch.

Breakfast was very basic. I would like mushrooms on menu, as I am vegetarian.

Location is good because it is on the outside of town, but still walkable. I found plenty parking around the hotel. The hotel is close to the tram I checked.
