attentive manager available games close attractions

the manager was friendly and very attentive. he made sure my son had games to play when we visited the bar. the hotel was very close to the attractions. staff were helpful.

helpful manager local parking dvd selection

The manager was helpful. He told us about local parking options! and family entertainment! I found that very accommodating. When he saw our daughter, he gave us snacks for the bedroom. He also had many DVDs we could use.

The room had a slightly musty smell.

Basic Stay with Some Issues

broken window non-closing window

The location was good as it was close to where I needed to be.

The window in my room was broken and would not close properly. This meant I was cold at night. The radiator also did not work so I had to use a heater to keep warm. This broken window also let in a lot of noise early in the morning.

friendly staff eating place broken shower spare key

the location was close to pubs, bars and eating places. all the staff were friendly, that was the BEST part of it.

the shower didn't work properly. THEY gave us a key to another room to use the shower on the last night.

The manager provided local parking information on arrival. He also informed us of family entertainment nearby. He offered snacks for my daughter for the bedroom. The hotel had a good DVD selection to use.
