small room difficult tv

The room was clean, and the bedding felt great.

The room I booked, a Queen Studio, felt small. There wasn't even a chair. I had to climb onto the bed since the space beside it was narrow (it was hard to move freely). The TV was hard to use, so it was difficult to enjoy it.

the location was fairly convenient to the subway.

I found the room small. I booked what they called a queen room. the bed took up nearly the entire space. the street noise was also quite significant, and they actually provided earplugs. i still didn't sleep well.

The room included complimentary water. A simple breakfast was available each morning at the reception. I found the location very close to Grand Central. It allowed quick access to various parts of the area.

The WiFi connection disconnected periodically, requiring me to re-enter the password each time.

The staff at reception were helpful. The room was clean. The bed offered support. The location made it easy to walk to various places.

The elevator made a strange noise sometimes.

constant street loud noise

the staff was nice, i will admit that!

The noise from the street was constant. It was so loud. the room included a white noise machine. because it was so bad. it shut off by itself after a few hours.
