The reception operates around the clock, great for late arrivals or early departures. A convenience shop is on site. That's helpful for grabbing quick necessities. Wetherspoons pub and restaurant is just 300 yards away, offering affordable meals. Mini cabs are readily available also 300 yards away on Cranbrook Road near the train station.

The shower setup was not ideal, water easily splashed outside the designated area during use.

the room was quite small, especially considering it was supposed to accommodate three adults. this. the lack of a shower door also meant water splashed everywhere. i booked a room for 3 adults but the room size is no bigger than the 2 adult room next to us.

The hotel had a great location. It was a short walk to the station , made travel easy. The room had nice facilities. It was very comfy and tidy and had all I needed for my stay.

I noticed the bathroom had no fan. This meant there was no ventilation, and it could get a bit stuffy after a shower.

The room was a great size and had everything i needed! sunny, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. His excellent service. the location is perfect. it is just a short walk to the station and town centre. I highly recommend this place.

the soft bed in the room wasn't to my liking and could be a firmer. mattress. this minor issue didn't significantly impact my overall stay, however it is worth noting for those. with specific preferences

The room offered ample space and included all essential amenities. A friendly manager, Sunny, was always available and happy to assist (a real plus). The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the station and town center. High ratings initially drew me to this spot, and now I understand why.

I found that the bathroom could use some improvements, as some fixtures looked quite worn.
