Really good Tranquil Retreat

infinity pool helpful staff

The infinity pool was long enough for a satisfying swim. Local Sri Lankan breakfast must be ordered the night before and I found it delicious. The bathroom was huge and patio doors could be opened to the elements. Staff were always very helpful.

Mixed experience at a lakeside hotel

slow service short-handed staff

The infinity pool offered a GREAT escape.

The restaurant service felt quite slow. Waiters was unfamiliar with the menu. It took a LONG time to order drinks, and staff seemed short-handed, diminishing the overall dining experience.
