FANTASTIC stay NEAR the SEAFRONT!

the ROOM was clean I really liked the comfy BED and I appreciated being within walking distance to the TOWN. The staff were FRIENDLY. It was great that we got parking PERMITS , it saved money.

The staff gave a discount to my colleague who booked last minute. They were considerate of our night shifts, ensuring housekeeping did not disturb us during the day. That was thoughtful. The staff replenished tea, coffee, milk, and towels regularly, i found that helpful.

The tap in the bathroom sink was faulty. It seemed old. Parking was available, but there were no clear instructions, and only two spaces existed.

The room included a fridge, a microwave, and also tea and coffee making facilities. the location was near everything i needed. Off street parking was available. the room was clean. so i was able to sleep well.

the doors were very creaky when closing. they sounded LIKE they were being banged. the smell in the corridors, was HORRIBLE.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to both the railway station and the town center. the beach was also very close, great for spontaneous seaside trips. i appreciated the bonus of free parking. the staff demonstrated great friendliness and helpfulness .

the cleanliness impressed me, and also the staff showed helpfulness. i did like there was a microwave and fridge within the family room. that fact we received parking permits really helped, it saved some money.

the matrass had a poor quality that brought the whole trip down.
