transport interchange food options convenience stores
this location is fantastic because it's next to kl sentral. it is the city's main public transport interchange. i found local food options available downstairs late into the night. i appreciated the 24 hour convenience stores within the same block.
there was a very strong smell of bleaching agent. it was almost choking when i first entered the room. i feel the hotel should offer a choice between window or windowless rooms.

useful fridge shopping places
the room had a fridge and that proved useful. shopping places were nearby. for this reason the location was very convenient.
the street outside was loud at times and i was able to hear it in my room.

Excellent stay near KL Sentral!
convenient location express train food availability
This locations is awesome. It is near the KL Sentral station to take the express train. There is also NU Sentral Mall just opposite the location. The food situation is great, with a 24-hour shop for quick meals.
I noticed the bedding sheet has some stains. I wish they can pay more attention to the cleanliness. But it was not too bad.

The staff provided excellent service at an affordable price. They are professional and courteous. Sudha let me check in early. Risha helped extend my stay easily. They are very helpful and friendly.

The location is amazing as it is very close to all metros. it helped save money on rides. the staff assisted with accepting online deliveries. I could pick up my items at the counter when i arrived (a great perk!). the lobby smelled very nice and clean.

the hotel is conveniently located outside the kl sentral station and nu shopping mall. a connecting walkway made it easy to cross, especially coming back straight from the airport train. this location offers seamless transit.

stained sheets poor soundproofing
My room wasn't great. I noticed stains on the sheets, which really bothered me. the soundproofing was bad because I heard noise from the hallway all night. It made sleep difficult. I think they should fix these things soon.
