mediocre stay near corso buenos aires

small roomstreet noise
The room was smaller than i anticipated (perhaps i should have measured). the lack of a kettle was annoying. I like my tea. the check-in process also felt impersonal. finally, the soundproofing seemed inadequate. I could hear street noise.
