Lovely Stay in Serviced Apartment
attentive staff quiet room good location
I found the staff very attentive. They provided helpful information about the area. The room was a good size and very quiet. The location was great with walking distance to many places. The apartment was comfortable, and I slept well each night.
I found the bathroom a bit small. You must step into the bath to shower. There were no grip rails, this made showering a little difficult. I suggest some safety improvements in the bathrooms.

repetitive breakfast poor cleaning
The breakfast was uninspired. It was the same every day. Room cleaning could have been more thorough. I noticed hairs from previous guests. the table had food crumbs that weren't cleaned .

really good service personal note
The staff offered really good service during my three-night stay. They assisted with bags and gave a tour of the premises. a couple of pastel de natas and a small bottle of port were a lovely surprise. I also received a personal note.
The room had a slightly low ceiling in certain areas. This caused a few head bumps

efficient check-in apartment cleanliness effective air conditioning abundant light
The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently handled our check-in. The apartment was spacious, with notable cleanliness throughout. I found the air conditioning effective and quiet. The natural light in the room was abundant.
The water pressure in the shower was slightly inconsistent at times.
