clean rooms good amenities responsive staff

the hotel offered very clean rooms. i noticed good amenities were available. the staff was responsive, assisting with all my requests. i found the breakfast amazing with cute chefs.

i observed that the pool was not well serviced. there was no obvious service there. the pool area could have been cleaner .

Fantastic Stay in Oman!!!

attentive team warm assistance excellent service

The staff was dedicated to guest satisfaction. I found Mr Vijay Prakash, the Chief Concierge, particularly helpful. His assistance was seamless. The whole team including Abdelhak, Robert, Subash, Moataz, Zabee, and Rajitha provided great support. I am more than satisfied with the excellent service!!!

I noticed a slight smell in the toilet sometimes. It was only occasional though.

The hotel boasts a very nice long pool, approximately 40 meters. The pool offers fine views of the surrounding mountains and is perfect for swimming. There is also access to the executive lounge for suite bookings.

The breakfast buffet included a very good variety of options. I also liked the infinity pool on the 9th floor (it offered a nice view).

The rooftop hosted parties until late. The loud music made it difficult to sleep. I also had an issue with the water not being hot enough in the bathroom, and it took a while to resolve.

The hotel provided a modern room with a king bed. I also appreciated the helpful staff at the concierge desk. Vijay was very attentive to my needs. He quickly resolved issues I encountered.
