the infinity pool provide amazing views. the staff at breakfast were efficient and helpful. i found free parking spots easily.

the room did lack air conditioning. the bathroom window had no ventilation.

the reception staff were professional and check-in efficient. staff members were friendly. i watched that the team resolved guest requests quickly. i also observed that bar staff were prompt with drink orders and were courteous.

The pool had an amazing view. the 'quiet' area was also nice. the bar and wait staff were very friendly. I found them sociable too.

the experience i had in the dining room with a server on the first night was not good. he touched food on the plate with his hand then said he would bring us a different plate of food. he brought back the exact same plate and food and then lied about it to our face.
