The Crown Hotel offers 10 bedrooms accommodating up to 27 guests. All rooms feature a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Options include one single bedroom, twin or triple bedded rooms. Seven bedrooms have bathrooms. Other rooms include showers and wash basins. There are two additional bathrooms on each floor. One ground floor bedroom provides disabled access / wheelchair access. All rooms booked are for the sole use of the people booked into them.

The Crown Inn's lounge bar offers award-winning cask ales such as Black Sheep, Old Peculier, and guest beers. The traditional Yorkshire bar offers a range of fine ales and a varied wine list. You can also pre-order a packed lunch with ham, beef, cheese, or tuna sandwiches. We serve good quality home-cooked food, locally sourced if possible, with a good range of well-kept beers.
Activities and Scenery
The Crown Hotel is surrounded by walking and mountain biking trails. The hotel is located amid the Yorkshire Three Peaks: Pen-y-Ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside. The caves at Ingleborough and Clapham are open to visitors. Guests can enjoy a beer garden with a view of Pen-y-ghent. The predominant stone is limestone. Starting from the hotel doorstep are walks, refreshing both body and soul. The property is on the route of the Pennine Way. Binoculars or a magnifying glass can broaden the horizon.

Situated on a river bank in the Ribble Valley, The Crown Hotel is at the foot of Pen-y-ghent. It is near the Horton-in-Ribblesdale train station on the Leeds to Carlisle Railway Line. The Ribblesdale road, the B6479, connects with the A65 at Settle. Leeds Bradford Airport is 70 km away. Settle is six miles away. The hotel is easy to reach on foot, by bike, car and train.
