How can I reach the hotel from the JR building via the underground route, and will I encounter any stairs along the way?

The hotel is not directly connected to the JR building. To reach it from the JR station, exit at 21 and take the underground passage, which takes about 10 minutes, although there are some stairs to navigate, which might be challenging if carrying heavy luggage. Where can I find the pick-up points for the airport shuttle service to the hotel, and do you have a timetable available?

The airport shuttle is provided by a bus company, with pick-up points at bus stop 22 (near ANA gate), stop 14, and stop 84 (near the international arrival gate).
