Room choices include double rooms with one double bed, twin rooms with two single beds, and family rooms that have a double bed plus bunk beds. Some front-facing rooms on the first floor include a four-poster bed and views of Llandudno Promenade. Rear-facing rooms provide natural light. Third-floor rooms offer views of Llandudno and come with lounge chairs. A front double room on the third floor can convert to a twin room or a super king-size bedroom upon request. Extra beds are available only in the family rooms and require prior request. Cots are not available.

There are three parking spaces available at the rear of the property on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also permits to loan for free parking at the front and along the seafront, as well as plenty of free parking just a short walk away. Guests can receive assistance with parking upon arrival.
