Adequate Stay with Service Issues

unprofessional staff unexpected charge

I encountered a few problems that detracted from the experience. The beach bar staff often was unprofessional, I found their service subpar. One incident involved a 10€ charge for a drink that was sent back. I had to argue with reception for its removal. I generally expect more from a 5-star hotel.

Quiet Relaxation

The views are amazing, specifically during the sunrise. The little private beach is great. It may be difficult to find flexibility to choose between sun and shadow. The swimmingpool area is nice, but it is difficult to find available sunbeds, if you do not go first thing in the morning.

The gym is small and the equipment is old. It lacks apparel. The front desk is not very cute for a 5-star location. Entertainment is very poor. Nothing happens, except for a good DJ once a week. They withdrew yoga lessons.

The hotel is near enough to explore the east side. It provides a pretty village vibe. It is quiet and peaceful to stay and rest with no disturbances from other guests.

Breakfast offered many options and good products. The resort cocktail menu had drinks to try. The main restaurant served many food choices. A la carte restaurants also offered plenty of dining options.

The pool area had plenty of space to find a bed. There is also a private beach. The beach bar is located on a cliff edge looking over the bay. Easy steps go down to the beach.

Our room was upgraded on arrival. It came with benefits, and the staff members were very helpful. Champagne and rose wine were free on arrival, and midnight snacks were available, as we checked in late.

The staff were friendly and cute! The staff were focussed on ensuring guests have a lovely holiday. Bellmen parked cars and took bags to the rooms. A welcome drink on arrival was a lovely surprise.
