The staff was kind and always ready to assist. i particularly enjoyed the spacious sea view suite. daily room service ensured our space was perfect. I noticed the attention to detail in the presentation (fresh towels and small treats were a sweet touch).
the gym had limited equipment.

i loved the design of this hotel so much. the staff was helpful and always available, i really appreciated their help! the proximity to the beach was a huge plus for me.
the sound insulation in my room wasn't great. i could clearly hear conversations in the next room, which did affect my sleep.

the private pool was too cold i wanted it heated but it wasn't as expected the bathroom also had unpleasant smells coming from the drains this was very disappointing since the suite was otherwise lovely i believe these issues need addressing

The breakfast had a large selection. It was quite delicious. The design of the hotel is modern and visually appealing. I also found an iron and full stand-up ironing board in my room, very useful for me. The hotel provided great service (from the employees), I really enjoyed that.
I noticed a slight leakage that caused water to drop on the sunbed sometimes.
