a place for us, darling
friendly staff fresh fruits coffee machine mini fridge
the staff i spoke with always acted so cute. the breakfast included greek yogurt and fresh fruits, so good. i did enjoyed the coffee machine available inside the room. a mini fridge was there as well.
the hotel was not as advertised. the private pool, advertised as heated, was very cold, so it was not so comfortable to swim.

the room was clean and appointed beautifully. a coffee machine was available, so nice to have. the bed linens felt soft and new, such that the room was reasonably comfortable and had all the relevant necessities.

the staff was friendly and informative from check in to my departure i found the location convenient to explore nearby attractions room service kept the room tidy the air conditioning worked very well and provided refuge from the heat
the private pool was not heated as advertised it was too cold to swim comfortably the room lacked sound insulation i could hear conversations from the next room some water dripped from the sunbed due to a small leakage

happy staff favorite drink unlimited towels
i had such a great time. the staff are so happy and eager to help. madrin at the bar is amazing, he always remember my favorite drink. our signature retreat pool was so cool, i chilled there every day. the unlimited pool towels were super helpful too!

the hotel sits right in front of the sea. it's also in the middle of the village, very convenient. i could walk to nearby shops without problems, so accessible!

kind staff spacious suite perfect room
The staff was kind and always ready to assist. i particularly enjoyed the spacious sea view suite. daily room service ensured our space was perfect. I noticed the attention to detail in the presentation (fresh towels and small treats were a sweet touch).
the gym had limited equipment.

The hotel staff were attentive and professional. they offered prompt assistance and always tried to satisfy any requests. i received really good customer service throughout my stay. They made sure everything was perfect (especially at breakfast!).

i loved the design of this hotel so much. the staff was helpful and always available, i really appreciated their help! the proximity to the beach was a huge plus for me.
the sound insulation in my room wasn't great. i could clearly hear conversations in the next room, which did affect my sleep.

cold pool bathroom odors
the private pool was too cold i wanted it heated but it wasn't as expected the bathroom also had unpleasant smells coming from the drains this was very disappointing since the suite was otherwise lovely i believe these issues need addressing

Really good Service and Modern Design
large selection modern design full ironing board great service
The breakfast had a large selection. It was quite delicious. The design of the hotel is modern and visually appealing. I also found an iron and full stand-up ironing board in my room, very useful for me. The hotel provided great service (from the employees), I really enjoyed that.
I noticed a slight leakage that caused water to drop on the sunbed sometimes.
