The staff were helpful they always kept the room tidy I guess that's what I expected.
The noise level in the evenings was ridiculous the soundproofing needs attention I couldn't sleep properly until after midnight. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and unreliable making it hard to stay connected when I needed it.
