the breakfast service really let me down. many items were empty and not refilled quickly. the coffee machine also had frequent malfunctions. i also noticed the cleaning staff sometimes forgot to replenish the milk and coffee in my room. these little things added up.

Solid Stay Near Kista Galleria

The room was large, and it had loads of space. The bathroom and shower were generously sized. Water pressure was great in the shower, and towels felt good. Beds were comfortable with double pillows.

The staff seemed insufficient at times. There was often no one at the reception desk. This made getting assistance difficult when needed.

The hotel is a short distance from the train station. Kista Centre, a large mall, is nearby. Access to public transport is easy from this area.

Check in was easy, Isabell the reception staff member was friendly. She was helpful and knowledgeable to assist with all questions. She gave very useful tips for travel into the city.

Coffee was available for purchase before heading out. Breakfast had options to order, it was included in the price. The food in the restaurant was lovely, it was very well presented.

small spanon-functional sauna

the spa was quite small. only one of the two saunas worked, i was frustrated. it felt more like a regular pool area than a spa. also, other guests partied and knocked on our door at night. the reception did not resolve the disturbance and there was no compensation. it was not a great experience.
