a decent stay overall
the hotel's design looked nice and clean. the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. breakfast included many options.
The parking space was small. I needed to park far from the hotel.

acceptable but with some problems
poor soundproofing no fridge
the hotel is located close to bus and TRAM stations, a very CONVENIENT location.
i experienced poor soundproofing in my room. i could hear traffic and noise from other rooms. the lack of a fridge in a three-star hotel also presented a problem.

Acceptable, but some issues observed
small room cramped bathroom
The hotel is in a good location not too far from the city center.
The room I had was very small, barely enough space for two people. The bathroom felt too cramped as well. The cleanliness was not optimal, it lacked daily housekeeping.

comfortable mattress tea bags liquid soap
The kettle, tea bags, coffee, and sugar in the room were convenient. Liquid hand soap and shower gel were also provided. These were thoughtful touches. I liked the very comfortable mattress, blanket, and bed linen!

convenient location effective air conditioning available snacks
the location near the tram stop helped a lot. it was very close to a main transport hub. the room i had included air conditioning that worked fast. snacks and drinks were available at reception.
the walls are thin so you hear sounds in other rooms.

fresh salads city center friendly staff thin walls traffic noise small parking
the breakfast was good and it had many fresh salads available. the city center was about a 30 minutes walk from the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating .
the walls seemed thin , so i heard a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. i could hear traffic outside , , made it difficult to sleep. the parking space was small , it was difficult to find a spot on arrival.
