“Vasterbacken Hotell & Konferens strikes me as a practical choice, especially appealing to groups or those needing longer-term accommodation in the Holmsund area. Its past as a company headquarters explains the ample communal spaces, including guest kitchens, laundry facilities, and even play areas, a surprising bonus. While a bit removed from Umeå, the hotel's proximity to the ferry terminal and its quiet environment could be quite valuable for specific travel needs.”
