The View Luxury Rooms is a 10-minute walk from Split and 25 km from Split Airport. It is located near Split City Museum (0.5 km), the Cathedral of Saint Domnius (0.5 km), Bacvice Beach (0.5 km), Froggyland (1 km), Gregory of Nin (0.5 km), the Church and Monastery of St. Frane (0.5 km), and Split Port (1 km). Street workout park Toć, equipped with outdoor exercise equipment including parallel bars, pull-up bars, monkey bars, and calisthenics training rings, is near the hotel and Bacvice beach. The hotel is situated near Sustipan, a city park with sea views.

Guests can enjoy the Riva promenade, Diocletian's Palace, and the Marjan hill. The open top bus drives around the modern part of the city. Riva Promenade parking costs 10 kunas for the first hour and 15 kunas for each subsequent hour. Guests may enjoy the Split Summer Festival that includes four operas, ten theatre performances, five ballet performances, seven concerts, five exhibitions, and four events for lovers of prose and poetry. Beaches such as Obojena, Kastelet, Kasjuni and Bene are located in the western part of Split, beneath the Marjan Hill. The biggest square in Dalmatia Hvar's Pjaca is dedicated to St Stephen. Consider visiting the hermit Church of StJere overlooking the beach Kasjuni.

Guests can visit the green market (Pazar) outside Diocletian's Palace for fresh produce. Outdoor activities include street workout park Toć, equipped with equipment for bodyweight fitness training, parallel, pull up and monkey bars, but also calisthenics training rings. Most beaches have places where you can rent sups, kayaks, jet skis or some other form of aquatic entertainment. A boat tour to Milna, a seaside village on the island of Brac, is available, with panoramic views of Split and islands. Open top bus tour drives around the modern part of the city.
