the staff are friendly. The restaurant downstairs had an excellent location. I especially enjoyed having snacks in the room daily, a SUPER pleasant surprise. The cafe, bar, and restaurant provided great convenience.

i found it too expensive for what it offered.

excellent stay with top amenities

pillow service french press

the hotel offered a convenient pillow swap service i liked this option. the french press coffee in the room was some of the best coffee i've had. i also appreciated the hotel bar and restaurant it had delicious food. free coffee was much appreciated too.

the billing process was a bit messy for me. the room was incorrectly charged for multiple items. i suggest guests double check their bills carefully.

the hotel staff was hospitable. i also found several restaurants close by. it made dining convenient and accessible. the location was great for exploring various culinary options.

the air con remote was missing. this made adjusting the room temperature difficult. also, the room was noisy. it disrupted sleep.
