i stayed in the top of house king. the bed and pillows were comfortable. i also liked the individual ac unit that worked well and i could control the temperature easily. the shower was strong and included quality shower gel and body lotion.

the billing process seemed messy. i saw my room was incorrectly charged for multiple items. i think it is important to double check your bills carefully.

the hotel offered a convenient pillow swap service i liked this option. the french press coffee in the room was some of the best coffee i've had. i also appreciated the hotel bar and restaurant it had delicious food. free coffee was much appreciated too.

the billing process was a bit messy for me. the room was incorrectly charged for multiple items. i suggest guests double check their bills carefully.
