The Mariposa Restaurant serves jungle cuisine. The lunch menu includes international dishes, regional favorites, quesadillas, and ceviche. A four-course connoisseur menu is available. Dishes include carrot and ginger soup flavored with orange peel and lemon grass and Cho Cho and cantaloupe salad with mango and balsamic dressing. Freshly harvested organic fruits and vegetables come from the Maya organic farm. The verandah bar offers a selection of cocktails and the signature Sorrel Flower ice tea. The bar stocks a selection of spirits and is open from morning until night.

The Lodge at Chaa Creek features a freshwater swimming pool with a 46,000-gallon capacity. The Hilltop Spa offers treatments with views of the Maya Mountains and Caribbean Rainforest. Therapists provide personalized spa experiences using mineral-rich mud treatments, herbal wraps, and botanicals. The Blue Morpho Butterfly Exhibit showcases the butterfly's life cycle. Guests can explore the 400-acre Rainforest Reserve, Natural History Centre, and Butterfly Farm. Canoeing along the Macal River is available.
