“Sleeping Giant pulls off the rare feat of being both deeply immersed in Belize's rainforest and surprisingly accessible; I was particularly struck by the care taken to integrate the cottages with the surrounding nature, creeks flowing right by your door. The tours might stretch the budget, but the option to self-book, combined with cooking classes, still makes this a very appealing and uniquely positioned base for exploration. It's a property that understands the value of both adventure and considered relaxation.”
