The staff was helpful. The room provided everything I needed.

My room wasn't serviced one afternoon. I returned around 17:00, but the room was not cleaned. It happened twice . No one asked if I enjoyed my stay when I checked out, so I didn't mention the issue. It was like nobody cared.

The breakfast offered a good variety. The staff was always helpful and ready to assist me with any questions. They provided great service.

The room did not have air conditioning. Opening the window at night was not really an option. Traffic noise was loud.

coffee machine fruit variety

The room included several amenities. A capsule coffee machine was available in the room, and all personal care items were Rebul İstanbul branded. I was happy with the variety of options available at breakfast, I saw many fruits, vegetables, and salads.

The elevator made some unusual noises during operation.

i found the gym functional and empty. i used the coffee maker and electric kettle located in my room. one day i saw free fruit at reception!

My bathroom design seemed weird. It had limited space.

really, a beautiful and clean hotel

fresh hotel cute atmosphere really good amenities functional design

the hotel itself was beautiful!!! it felt fresh and new with everything i needed for my stay. the atmosphere was cute, and its location near the gardens was a plus. tram and metro access were right outside. i also liked the really good amenities and functional design within the room.

there were some stairs to climb, especially challenging with luggage. i wish there was an easier way to access the hotel with heavy bags.

Mixed Experience due to Room Issues

boiling hot water locked window

Breakfast included good options.

The shower in my first room was defective, it only dispensed boiling hot water. I moved to a different room, but the air conditioning emitted noise without actually cooling the space. Opening the locked window provided no relief.
