fantastic stay in a well-located hotel

ample parking friendly staffs attentive staff easy access

I found the location excellent. Many shops and restaurants surrounded the hotel. the hotel provided ample parking in the basement . the housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly (always smiling!). i found it easy to access various shops from the hotel.

the air conditioning started to leak during the night, it surprised me.

the room was very clean and tidy. it had a comfortable feel. there was a tv with many channels (i think over 50).

the hotel offered fast and easy check-in. the staff was always helpful, especially when i needed directions. i liked that they were quick to respond to requests.

i found its location very convenient. many eatery places were near. a mall was also accessible.

my room was a smaller one. it had a double bed. it also had a single bed. it was difficult to walk inside the room. the cleanliness was a concern. i had to wipe surfaces. i found it greasy.
