the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the nearby mall. the security measures in place were very reassuring. i found the tv channel selection quite diverse. the restaurant was good.
the room was slightly dim. small windows. the air conditioning could have been cooler.

I encountered a couple of issues . The breakfast area was quite chaotic, with tables not cleared promptly and a noticeable delay in replenishing some food items. the noise from the hallway was quite noticeable in my room. I could clearly hear conversations and other sounds, which disrupted my sleep a bit.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I enjoyed the variety offered. The complimentary shuttle service within the Sandton area was helpful and convenient. The rooftop pool and Skye Bar offered amazing views of the surrounding area, it was perfect.
The bathroom extraction system in my first room did not work, not ideal.

The location is superb. It is very close to key business and shopping districts, giving quick access. The area felt safe and secure, and this added to my peace of mind. it was a very central and advantageous spot.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with modern equipment, including treadmills and weights. I noticed there is a lovely rooftop pool area, complete with a bar, that allows relaxation. The complimentary shuttle service is quite effective for getting around.

My Superior King Room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable, it had a modern feel. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I slept very well. A great stay was definitely possible here, I thought.

The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including hot and cold dishes. I especially liked the omelet station, where eggs were made to order. The Eclipse restaurant provided excellent service for dinner one evening.
