I found the front desk staff helpful. they promptly answered questions i posed through email and messages on the app. Their responsiveness was admirable. the rooms were super clean!!! i cannot emphasize that enough. The facilities looked well kept.

The hot water was not always available. This was a minor inconvenience. the shower sink seemed to have a slight drainage issue. i hope they rectify these issues soon.

the staff seemed genuinely dedicated to, a detail i observed repeatedly. requests were handled efficiently, and the team seemed to anticipate guest needs proactively. their attentive nature certainly enhanced the overall hotel experience.

Breakfast included a wide selection of options. fresh juices were available daily. the dining area was maintained very clean. The staff worked constantly to ensure tables were cleared and food stations were stocked adequately.

I found the bus service to the Haram quite useful. It ran frequently, simplifying my trips. The staff were attentive to requests, and the rooms were kept clean daily. The on-site supermarket proved very handy for quick needs.

The bathroom requires some updates. The shower drainage was a bit slow, and this became annoying after a few showers.

The cute reception staff was cooperative. Cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel and service was good. The staff was helpful, accommodating us even when we arrived a day late. They generated a new bill and allowed a late checkout. The rooms have good design and are well equipped with necessary amenities and facilities.
