the staff greeted me warmly and were always ready to assist rooms were super clean and carefully arranged my stay felt peaceful it is close to cafes and shops along the road yet tucked away I enjoyed quiet mornings thanks to its peaceful location near the beach.

a st kilda gem

full kitchen convenient laundry
the apartment was well-equipped with a full kitchen and laundry , which was very convenient for our stay. i also appreciated the proximity to tram route 96 , with fast access to the city center.
i wasn't too happy that a deposit was required upon check-in , especially since it took up to 7 days to be refunded.
Location
9/10
the hotel is located in a quiet street , yet it's an easy walk to acland street's bars and cafés , a distance that makes exploring st kilda easy , which is perfect.
Rooms
8/10
the apartment featured spacious layout and included daily service, so it always felt refreshed. kitchen facilities were great , including a full-sized fridge and microwave , and this made meal preparation easy.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel has a lovely pool , though a toilet nearby would improve this area. on-site parking was available and convenient , saving me from the hassle of street parking , and i liked it.
Dining
9/10
while the hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant , there is a variety of nearby eateries on acland street, so i was able to easily grab a coffee or meal in the neighborhood , really great.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

cracked dryer door dusty skirting boards
I was not pleased that the dryer door was cracked. The entrance door lacked a self-closer, a potential fire safety issue. Cleanliness was also below par. The carpet was unvacuumed before my arrival, and skirting boards were dusty. The room did not match the photos. Cabinet doors were loose, and wardrobe doors creaked. The bedside lights used an extension lead nailed to the skirting board, which seemed odd. The view from the balcony overlooked the gym and car park. This visit was frustrating.
