the front desk staff was really kind and helpful. i even forgot to ask his name! the beds were very comfortable, and i especially loved the pillows. the generous breakfast buffet was also a HUGE plus!!! there's even a mini grocery shop just across from the hotel, very convenient.

i noticed some slight wear and tear on the hallway carpets, though it didn't affect my room.

public transport was convenient (i used the metro). the hotel lobby felt spacious and modern. the staff were so friendly, it. i especially loved the fresh bread and fruit available at breakfast.

My room had a strange, constant humming noise that was quite distracting. It made sleeping a little difficult.

The breakfast really blew me away. it was so diverse, i spotted everything from salmon to good sweets. the hotel's modern style is awesome and the super nice team. I even got directions when i asked, the rooms were also quite spacious!

there was no room cleaning, a bummer, and no kettle either, so i missed my morning tea. paying extra for the gym felt sneaky.
