Excellent location and comfortable stay

The hotel is very close to the subway. The walk to the city center takes only twenty minutes. Check-in and check-out processes are simple and quick. This saved me a lot of time. The receptionist was kind and friendly!
My room faced the main street, located directly above the entrance. I heard every car and motorcycle pass by, even with the windows closed. Street entrance lighting was very bright outside my window.

The hotel is near stores, the metro, and various buses. I also found the neighborhood to be very quiet, and it was easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. This made getting around convenient.

the high-tech self check-in and check-out process was very convenient. the location was easy to find and i could quickly reach the city centre using nearby trams. the room was modern, clean, and suited my needs well. i also appreciated the fast wi-fi and complimentary coffee.

My room was bigger than expected! The proximity to the subway was a huge bonus as it is super close. City center is easily accessible, just a short walk or quick subway ride away. Check-in and check-out were fast and simple, I appreciate that.
I noticed the room lacked a mini-fridge. I was hoping to store a few drinks and snacks . Adding a mini-fridge would enhance the convenience .

Inconsistent Cleanliness and Poor Amenities

The room was not clean upon arrival. I saw human hair on the bed and around the mattress. Tables had dust and a sticky residue. When I reported this to the reception, the staff seemed unconcerned and questioned me. The room was cleaned only after arguing but just the floor. It was a poor experience for the price I paid.

the location was very convenient. it was near the metro station. the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated that.
Our check in process was slow. We waited. then i found the room all wet. also the pillows were uncomfortable.
