Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

Floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great city view, especially during the night. I found the rooftop pool very clean and relaxing after my outings. It also provided an amazing view. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
I noticed that some furniture in my room was worn and old, specifically the sofa. The cushion on the one-seater did not stay in place and rust was visible. This detracted from my time in the living room.

The breakfast chef demonstrated attentiveness and kindness when assisting guests. Staff members provided special orders for eggs and accommodated specific food preferences. I appreciated the service during breakfast.

The check-in process was efficient. I got upgraded from a one-bedroom executive to a premium suite. The hotel surprised my daughter with a balloon and white chocolate. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
I found minimal noise from roadworks outside the building.

The breakfast includes cereal, fresh fruit, mini pastries, and eggs. A good coffee machine is also available to start your day. I did enjoy the variety offered to the hotel.

The suite included a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. Good quality bed linen was provided. The room had a large wardrobe with robes, slippers, many coat hangers, and a safe for storing valuables .

The breakfast area felt cramped, a small space behind the lobby, serving a rather limited food selection. Still, the food quality was acceptable. more disappointing was the check-in experience. The staff seemed preoccupied with procedures. there was a definite lack of warmth or engagement, a letdown from what one typically expects. it really wasn't what i anticipated.

i found interactions with the front desk and housekeeping to be lovely. the facilities and amenities included a washer and dryer, a useful feature. the location was convenient near kampong glam. bugis and nicoll highway mrt stops were easily accessible and i frequently used them. taxis were also readily available and inexpensive to access major sights like raffles hotel.

the front desk staff was courteous and addressed inquiries promptly. housekeeping was efficient and helpful with requests. i found the hotel team to be attentive overall.

the rooms were spacious and lighting was great. staff were very helpful.
the carpet smelled bad, and the bedroom had no air conditioning. i had to leave the bedroom door open for air to flow from the living room. the shower area was too small for a beautiful room.
