“Paedaste Manor strikes me as a place where historical charm meets modern indulgence, particularly within its renowned Alexander Restaurant, celebrated as Estonia's best outside Tallinn. I imagine spending an afternoon in their seawater hot tub-wood-fired, no less-before enjoying a tasting menu at the Chef's Table would be an experience to remember.
