Dining at Masl
The Half-Board PLUS consists of a breakfast buffet with South Tyrol products and egg dishes. Chef Niklas prepares the main course at the front cooking station. South Tyrolean apple strudel and cakes are available in the afternoon. The dinner includes a 5-course meal with a salad buffet. The hotel has a bar with wines and drinks. In summer, the hotel offers a snack at the Malga Fane alpine hut. Gluten- and lactose-free dishes are available upon request.
Leisure and Wellness
The hotel features a wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools heated all year round. Guests can use six saunas and relaxation areas. The "Masl Alpin" wellness area has a sauna and panoramic views for guests aged 14 and over. Massages are available. The hotel also has a gym with Technogym machines and areas for gymnastics and Pilates. From Monday to Friday, infusions in the Alpine log sauna take place.
Location and Access
Hotel Masl is located in Valles, 70 km from Bolzano, near the Gitschberg Jochtal ski and hiking region. Maranza is 5 km from the hotel. Malga Fane is 0.5 km away. The cable car provides views of over 500 mountain peaks from 2,000 meters in Maranza. The hotel provides the Almencard, offering free access to cable cars, public transportation, and museums. The hotel is located right on the slopes and next to the ski lift (50m walk), which provides direct access to the Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort. Winter equipment is compulsory during the cold months. A shuttle service from Franzensfeste/Fortezza train station is available for a fee.
