small room inadequate soundproofing

The staff was friendly. The location was acceptable, a short walk to the main attractions.

The room I was assigned was not what I expected for the price (I was really hoping for better). The room was quite small. Moving around with luggage was difficult. the soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear noises from the corridor.

the staff was helpful! diane at reception assisted with directions and local tips. noreen in the breakfast area ensured i had a great start to my day, the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

I found the superior queen room a bit small! it lacked adequate space for unpacking luggage. also, the soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

the staff offered warm welcomes each day.. diam and david were especially helpful with local tips. the rooms had beautiful designs with modern touches and really good cleanliness. the location was excellent, with the train station a short walk away, providing easy access to explore nearby areas.

Really good Hotel Experience

friendly staff useful information daily cleaning

I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Mr David at the reception provided useful tourist information. The family room had two adjoining rooms and an extra third door for privacy. Daily room cleaning was efficient.

The shower curtain in the bathroom stopped at knee height. This caused the whole bathroom and part of the bedroom to get wet. The shower surely presents a safety concern.
