The staff was friendly enough, I suppose. The location was acceptable. It was near things.

The room was tiny. I booked an executive room but clearly the word "executive" means something different in this particular country. I found the size a bit insulting, really.

the staff was helpful! diane at reception assisted with directions and local tips. noreen in the breakfast area ensured i had a great start to my day, the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

I found the superior queen room a bit small! it lacked adequate space for unpacking luggage. also, the soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

Really good Hotel Experience

I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Mr David at the reception provided useful tourist information. The family room had two adjoining rooms and an extra third door for privacy. Daily room cleaning was efficient.

The shower curtain in the bathroom stopped at knee height. This caused the whole bathroom and part of the bedroom to get wet. The shower surely presents a safety concern.
