“While initial impressions might be positive, reports suggest a decline in service following full payment, extending to infrequent bathroom cleaning and challenges in obtaining basic amenities. In my opinion, this points to a need for improved staffing and resource management to maintain consistent guest satisfaction. Addressing these operational aspects could significantly elevate the overall guest experience.”
