the reception staff was very cute upon my arrival. my room was clean. the temperature was comfortable for sleeping. the bathtub was a plus.
the parking area was small for the hotel size. finding available parking was difficult. a tv was present, though it had no signal.

the hotel provides an easy walk to the messe. proximity to the train station is also convenient. the area around the hotel feels safer than other neighborhoods.

Wonderful Stay Near EVERYTHING

I appreciated the hotel is proximity to transportation. The S-bahn station was a short walk away, REALLY convenient. I liked the late checkout offered on sundays, it allowed me to relax a bit more before leaving.
Sound proofing could be better, as the trains passes nearby.

Breakfast includes a good buffet selection, and the coffee was NICE. There is also free coffee and tea available ALL day. The minilednička included beverages and space for personal items.

The hotel is close to the center, with good access to transportation. It is only one train station away from the main station. Getting to the airport takes approximately 30 minutes by train.

The Reception and bar crew are very helpful and friendly. Check-in was smooth and FAST, even when arriving early. Staff members have a positive attitude, i think this is important.

The hotel offered complimentary refreshments in the room's fridge. I found the free drinks to be a nice touch. The staff had a positive attitude. Their kindness was really important to me.
My room faced the train track. Trains ran late into the night. The room felt stark and could have used more lighting. The tv did not work and needed retuning.

the location was acceptable. it was close enough to the train station.
The room was awful, a total letdown. the tv remote didn't work at all. I tried new batteries, but nothing happened. breakfast was served at some bistro away from the hotel. It felt so disconnected from the hotel itself
