central location helpful staff comfortable bed noisy street limited options poor lighting

The location was superb! I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were very helpful and cute (they always had a smile!). The room had modern amenities and a comfortable bed.

The room faced a noisy street, a problem during the night. I also noticed limited vegetarian options at breakfast. Finally, the bathroom had poor lighting. It was hard to see clearly.

thin walls stale pastries

okay, so the walls are paper thin. i could hear everything, and i mean EVERYTHING, my neighbors were up to. not exactly the relaxing vibe i was hoping for. and the breakfast... oh, the breakfast! the pastries seemed like they were rejects from a week-old bakery bin. seriously, even the pigeons gave them a suspicious look.

shuttle service cute staff ample space

The hotel provided a shuttle service with Joaquim, my driver from the airport. The staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. My double room offered ample space.

The hotel has no elevator. I had to carry heavy bags up the stairs

super clean room central location door transportation

oh my gosh, the double room was super super clean. i loved this, the location made getting to see things easy, too. breakfast included many delicious options, that i was able to select from the buffet, so that was great. they also arranged transport to the airport with joaquim, and it was door to door, and the price was reasonable!

the elevator didn't reach all floors, so i had to carry luggage up one flight of stairs.

no elevator terrible lighting

the staff was helpful and friendly .

There wasn't an elevator in the building. I carried heavy bags up several flights of stairs. also, the room lighting was terrible, a woman couldn't even apply makeup or dry hair properly. the bathroom mirror was so dark.
