The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included toast and a freshly cooked English breakfast. Tea and coffee were also provided. The dining area was nice. The room was clean and roomy. the pillows were lovely.

smoke smell previous tenants
the location was good, near the attractions i wanted to see. breakfast WAS acceptable.
the room STANK of smoke. it was clear that someone had previously smoked in there, the smell was overwhelming. i found this VERY unpleasant and it affected my stay negatively.

The room was clean, and the bed offered great comfort, i found tea and coffee in the room. The host displayed a pleasant personality, i loved the beautiful and yummy breakfast, it made my day! The location near the promenade provides simple access to town.
I noticed the light switch for the bathroom was above the door, i found it difficult to reach, it was a very slight issue.

great location kind owner sparkling white towels comfy bed
I returned to this place. i found location great. It was near EVERYTHING. The owners felt very kind. Sheets and towels were sparking white. It all seemed very clean. The bed felt comfy. I slept Well.
The light switch for the bathroom felt hard for me to reach. i am only 5ft9.
