The staff was always friendly. Breakfast was a good value, with lots of choices. It was easy to find places to eat as well as small supermarkets very close by. I used the luggage locker after check out. I appreciate this service because my flight was late.

The shower drain was slow in my bathroom. Water pooled on the floor during showers. I also noticed a sewage smell in the ground floor areas.

The hotel is in a very nice location. It is almost fifteen minutes to most nightlife. The hotel bracelet allowed me to enter some places without tickets. I did visit Toy Room Club using my bracelet.

Gil at reception was so helpful. The breakfast included a good selection of foods. The hotel's location was very convenient, very close to nightlife destinations. My bracelet gave access to several venues without extra tickets. I went to Toy Room Club and accessed the VIP lounge.

The room felt somewhat basic, needing a small update.

Absolutely Awesome Stay!

I appreciated the friendly staff and amazing location. The hotel's energetic vibes and pool parties created a great experience. The included breakfast was superb for 9.99, and the housekeeping staff was efficient. I found the front desk staff very busy, yet they remained helpful and always offered a friendly smile.

I was really disappointed with the noise levels at night. Other guests were partying and shouting in the corridors until the early hours. This made it quite difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. I hope the hotel addresses this.

The room featured lots of storage and was clean upon arrival. A cleaning service ensured the room remained tidy. Our room faced away from the pool, which gave us a large balcony area.
