I found the location convenient. It was SO easy to get around the area. The staff members were cute and always had a smile, VERY helpful with local tips. My room was neat, and I appreciated the provided tea and coffee.
The wifi signal was occasionally weak in my room. but i could live with it.

The owner was helpful (i appreciated that a lot!). I found the location to be excellent, close to many attractions. My room was very clean, a detail i always look for. The bed felt very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The self-lock system with no staff present was not ideal.

The hotel location is near Central Pier. It is close to main attractions. The room was bright and clean. The bed was comfy.
The bins weren't emptied . Coffee, tea, and milk were not replenished. I did NOT receive spoons or tea and coffee sugar.

the location was acceptable and everything was within easy reach
the self lock system was not my preference as there were no staff present i also found the shower to be quite poor the kettle came without spoons tea coffee or sugar

lovely staffterrible showermissing spoon
The staff was lovely.
The shower was terrible! I couldn't get a consistent temperature. The kettle was there, but no spoons or tea were provided. I was not happy.
