i stayed several nights because the place is so good. the location is lovely. it is close to a big shopping center, useful. easy transportation to the airport. i'm already planning my next visit.

mixed experience at this hotel
the staff were friendly and helpful providing good communication. they also offered local knowledge of the area and paris.
the room cleanliness was not up to standard. i noticed brown stains on the floor of the room. this was concerning to me.

professional staff modern decor convenient location connecting suite
the staff was very professional and helpful upon check-in i appreciated the advice about nearby places to eat that evening the hotel's modern decor created a fresh atmosphere i found supermarkets and restaurants located close by adding much convenience. the connecting suite was perfect for my family allowing us to stay comfortably together
i found that the walls lacked soundproofing i could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms which was a little disruptive

high temperature unresolved problem
the staff was helpful, acceptable.
the room was advertised as having air conditioning, yet the minimum temperature was set at 26 degrees celsius! this was too warm to rest comfortably. i was unable to lower the temperature by any means, and the front desk could not resolve this problem.

Charming Stay Near Paris

I found the staff very professional and polite. The sauna was a super addition. I needed to make a reservation, but it was worth it. I appreciated the private session that lasted 45 minutes. I used the RER A station, located a short walk away. It made accessing the city center convenient. The nearby shopping center with a Carrefour store was useful for various needs.
The air conditioning beeped loudly throughout the night. This constant noise was distracting, and the flashing light was a bit annoying. I covered it, yet I still experienced a sleepless night.
