mixed feelings about my stay

the experience was not as smooth as i hoped. the promised beach shuttle was gone and , made getting around difficult. i had to pay extra for taxis i didn't expect i also found the room lacked some basic amenities i needed.

I found the location convenient for accessing nearby facilities. The cleaning service did a good job daily. The staff I met were helpful and tried to solve problems efficiently. I also liked the breakfast with many choices, included fruit, meats and cheese.

The pool bar was closed for the season. It would be good to know it earlier.

I found the room very spacious and clean. The shower was amazing. I loved it. It was a real bonus to have a fridge and kettle in the room.

My room had a view of the car park, which wasn't great.

The room i got, a 'beautiful double or twin room', really let me down it felt small. the noise at night was a problem. Sleep was hard to come by. there was also a strange smell coming from the bathroom, i don't know what it was.

Fab Hotel near Town!

Location is spot on. It is near the main bits. The hotel is kept super clean, and the room service is top notch. The staff were pretty good. I found the pool and bar to be very clean too.

I have one complaint. Standard double room had no balcony. I really missed it. I think they need to include a balcony with every room. It's a total letdown.

Staff members are always polite. They offer assistance with directions and are always available for queries. Cleanliness is a priority. Public areas undergo frequent cleaning. Hotel also offers a shuttle service to the beach during the summer months.

My room had ample space and had a comfy bed, too. A handy fridge held provided water and a treat. Lots of wardrobe space is available, and the shower has shower gel. What a win!

Breakfast included meats and cheeses and boiled eggs. It also had fruit juices and a hot selection. The coffee machine is self-service. It's so easy. the breakfast was good with lots of choice.
