a decent experience
convenient locationstocked breakfastunnecessary facility feefalling wallpaper
the location has many shops and restaurants nearby. it is convenient for getting around the neighborhood. the breakfast had pastries, waffles, eggs and yogurt. staff kept the area stocked.
the parking information was not openly provided. it made arrival difficult with luggage. wallpaper was falling off the walls in the bathroom. i expect better for the price i paid.

Kamari is an absolute star. she keeps my room super clean and always leaves a floor mat for the shower. I think that is thoughtful. my room always smells so fresh and clean, that is so wonderful! i really appreciate that, it is a great touch.

the receptionist amanda offered friendly service and a warm welcome. the breakfast was a nice surprise (i liked the variety) and the staff kept things running smoothly. i loved that the hotel provided two water bottles per day and also lemon water in the lobby.

The location rocks, super close to the subway, made getting around easy. Breakfast included some room bookings, and that's a big win. My kids and me especially loved the chilled pineapple juice. It was so refreshing after a long day. The rooms have a balcony! That was a total plus.
