I appreciated the free shuttle service to the attraction. This service saved me time. I also found the plentiful parking outside the hotel very convenient. The breakfast included was varied with many options.

The hotel manager was very helpful and explained about the hotel and tourist attractions. He arranged a cab to the train station. He even contacted the driver when I left a phone in the room.

The ac unit dripped constantly. it was fixed quickly but the disruption was annoying. the tv didn't work, and despite attempts to fix it, no english channels were available. I gave up.

I found convenient parking was available on the premises. The hotel offered easy access to both Hierapolis and Laodicea. I appreciated the option for laundry service directly at the hotel. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy, with a broad selection of items.
During my visit, the pool had the same depth throughout, which might be a slight concern for those with children or those who prefer varying depths for swimming.
