Tropic Island Resort features heated saltwater pools and hot tubs on both the north and south campuses. Additional amenities include bathhouses, laundry facilities, and event centers. Peyton's Beach Carts offers golf cart rentals. A dog park is available on the north campus. There is also a fish house for cleaning catches.

Tropic Island Resort is near local events, including the Whooping Crane Festival and a sand sculpting competition that draws renowned sculptors and visitors to Port Aransas each year.
Essential Services
Wristbands and pass codes are available outside the front desk upon arrival. Fresh towels can be obtained from the Linen Exchange window next to the pool. Designated areas must be used for dogs. Children must be accompanied by an adult in all areas of the park, including the pool. Personal golf carts require a Port Aransas-issued license plate.
