The hotel is near the lake and many shops. It is also close to restaurants. This central location allows very easy access to numerous local attractions.

The staff was nice. They helped with directions. The location was convenient. I could walk to several attractions.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated between hot and cold without warning. This made showering unpleasant. I notified the front desk, but the issue persisted throughout my stay.

the staff at reception were helpful. they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. the room's bed was comfortable too. the room temperature and low noise levels were great!

Staff are awesome. They are very kind and helpfull. I got two pillows when I asked for them, I was delivered them fast. The shower is real lovely. Bathroom is superb.
My room was very humid. It smells very bad, the air conditioning and the ventilator did not work. My room was not like the photos at all, it was very old and had mold. I found a big cockroach in the room.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the location was quite convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions.
the room was smaller than i anticipated. i found the bed a bit too close to the wall. i did not like that.

the room included a television with numerous channels and a mini-fridge for storing drinks, it was useful. the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature! the bathroom had a shower with good water pressure, though the temperature fluctuated slightly.
