“What strikes me is the hotel's position atop the JP Tower, granting effortless access to Osaka Station and the Umeda underground network; inside, the rooms impress with spaciousness by Osaka standards, alongside plentiful amenities like Toto toilets with automatic seat lifters. It's a supremely convenient base for exploring the city. However, wayfinding to the hotel needs improvement, and service hiccups, especially regarding facilities like the public bath, detract from the experience.”
