i stayed in the botanik suite! the staff was super friendly and checked us in early. i thought that the price reflected the luxurious experience. the hotel just has this overall luxurious feel!

the rooms walking space was very small because it had a table with chairs right by the wardrobe. there was a full sized fridge and a kitchen that had a hob but there was no pans.

The suite included a functional washer and dryer and i bought detergent at the front desk. a great emart exists in the same building. This made stocking up easy. the beds were supportive, not overly firm.

breakfast had many choices. asian breakfast options. eggs prepared many ways existed. cereals and toast were also available, so it was easy to find what you want. the botanik kitchen prepared a great breakfast.

Staff were helpful and answered my questions patiently. it was easy to check in and check out, which saves a lot of time. the hotel provided free water bottles everyday. Very useful for excursions.

a convenience store existed right across from the hotel, a plus. several local restaurants existed within short walking distance. the hotel was next to the subway line 2, so seongsu was easy to access.

the room had great amenities like a washer and dryer! the hotel has currency converters, super convenient for me. the staff were really nice and always ready to help.

the toilet had a noticeable sewage smell. this smell made the bathroom quite unpleasant, and i found it seeped into the living room. there weren't any plates or cutlery even though it's supposed to be for longer stays

Balanced Stay with Minor Drawbacks

The location was very convenient as it was near many local restaurants. Being close to the subway was also a big plus. The room was clean with comfortable beds. I also appreciated the free water bottles they provided daily.

This led to an unpleasant view from my room. The breakfast service had long queues one day. I had to skip breakfast because of it.

The staff allowed early check-in after a long flight. That was helpful.

The toilet smelled strongly of sewage. It was unbearable. the bathroom and shower room were filled with an unpleasant odor. it even seeped into the living room.
